"My husband and I walked onto Beaverton Hyundai lot and were greeted by "friendly Roberto" who then introduced

himself to us. I had been looking at vehicles and didn't know exactly what I wanted, but was looking for a

newer, used one, leaning towards a compact SUV. He showed us a number of possibilities. Roberto did a thorough explanation of all the

features and options, and I ended up taking a test drive. Roberto introduced me to his Floor Manager .

Several days passed before your Floor Manager, Gharib Sameia from Beaverton Hyundai in Beaverton OR called me to see if I was still interested

in the Tucson. (Roberto may have called me also ... (I had many salesmen calling me for several weeks).

Gharib sparked my interest, once again, and he said he'd see what he could do for me regarding the

price. He called back and wasn't able to present me with a lower amount, so "my search" went on. In

the meanwhile, Roberto had called and was always very professional and courteous. I told him I was

bringing a friend in with me to show her the Tucson, and Roberto met us. He once again was very

helpful, going over all the features, and, I ''was hooked" ... .I had to have that car!

I decided to purchase the vehicle, and Roberto was great in "wrapping up" the deal. He has

done follow-up work with me, which I really have appreciated, as I had several concerns. He's always

been so polite and friendly, even after I purchased my Tucson."
